The premium Austrian trailer supplier celebrated the anniversary of its successful Czech site with a two-day internal trade fair.
Since opening its first site in 1993, Schwarzmüller s.r.o. has experienced extremely successful progress and is currently the number two commercial vehicle supplier in the Czech Republic. In recent years, its production facility in Žebrák has become a centre of excellence for high-quality, complex construction vehicles. It was fitted with a new assembly line in 2017, which is expected to become fully operational this year. Managing Director, Radim Panek, says: "The internal trade fair showcased our extensive portfolio and on-going innovations, while providing an opportunity to thank our partners and staff for their excellent collaboration, which has made a significant contribution to our success."

In 2002 and 2007, the facility was extended to include two more vehicle production halls. In total, therefore, the Schwarzmüller plant in Žebrák has over 31,000 square metres of buildings and an overall area of 112,000 square metres. Together with the Bohumin office, it currently employs 417 staff. Its service portfolio includes the sale of new vehicles, the service and maintenance of trailers, semi-trailers and truck bodies of all makes, the production and sale of hydraulic hoses, general repairs (including replacement parts sales), the rental of a total of 170 trailers and semi-trailers, as well as its used vehicle business.
